Maximum flexibility for Multipack
Bagging machine model AMOTEK IS220-MB for the multiple bagging of disposable hygiene products, coming on the feeding belt in flat position. According to the presentation needed, a side round belt can turn the single packs of 90° so to have them on the edge, one beside the other. After this stage, a pusher transfers the obtained formation to the machine flight bar conveyor.

The PB166WWM is designed to stack and multi-pack pre-packed wet wipes into pre-made bags in wickets (vertical or horizontal orientation of the wet wipes pack). The machine concept is based on the consolidated PB166 series which can be found in most of the countries around the globe.
As an evolution of the standard automatic bagger model PB166WWM, Amotek offers an integrated labelling unit. The so-called PB166WWM-L is a hybrid model designed to stack and multipack pre-packed wet wipes packages either into PE pre-made bags or using sticky label.

Amotek also offers a stand-alone machine, model WWL, specifically designed for the labelling of flow wrapped wet wipes packages.

Amotek Horizontal Bag Forming and Filling machines model R168 are offering an extremely high grade of versatility along with notable performance. Thanks to this, they are successfully used also for the packaging of soft disposable hygienic products in small counts such as diapers, underpads and sanitary napkins.
By using PE, PP or other types of half-folded film in reel, the R168 automatically forms the bag and moves it into the feeding station area. On request the machine can be equipped with a half-folder unit capable to use foil film in reel.
Customized infeed units allows a products’ manual loading as well as an automatic connection to a stacking unit. Machine can be equipped with different devices to create a very attractive bag with reclosable profile, gussetts, hanging hole, pre-cut for bag easy opening, hook applicator, etc.
